We are the Lehigh Valley Local Coordinating Hub serving as a coordinating center for Transition Initiatives throughout the Lehigh Valley. We’re committed to providing encouragement and support for these initiatives in local communities – so that each community can “be the change”.Let us know if you or a group is interested in forming a local Transition initiative in the Lehigh Valley and we can offer support. If you would like to take part in some of our awareness raising events, we screen films about the crises at hand, have discussions and open space events, and we do presentations about the Transition Movement and the model of community change that it offers. The Transitions Working Group meets the first Monday evening of each month between 7pm and 8:30pm at Morning Star Center, 1966 Creek Road, Bethlehem, PA 18015
